Mairead O'Rourke

CultureRunner was established by Mairead O'Rourke in 2016.

Mairead is a trained coach with RD1st and an experienced facilitator with extensive experience in the arts and heritage sectors. She originally trained as an art teacher and began her cultural sector career running workshops at the Hugh Lane Gallery in Dublin. She has held a range of management roles across the cultural sector. This includes roles at the National Archives and Arts Council England. 

Mairead has been a trustee of Chiltern Open Air Museum and The Charles Dickens Museum. She's also a mum of two and a runner.

Richard Sved

Richard Sved, Director of 3rd Sector Mission Control, is an experienced senior manager with a strong track record of strategic and operational excellence in the charitable and cultural sectors. He has led the fundraising team at eight national charities, and also has experience of policy, communications, mentoring and governance development. His key strengths lie in income generation, charity governance, and strategic planning.

Kirsty Stickland

Kirsty provides administrative services and book-keeping. Building on a wealth of experience as a professional management accountant and running her own successful business.

Melissa Bentley

Melissa has over 15 years’ experience working in culture and heritage. Her consultancy work focuses on evaluation and data analysis. Melissa is experienced in managing day-to-day data collection and reporting as well managing large-scale, multi-year evaluation projects through all stages of capital and learning projects. 

Melissa combines her consultancy work alongside a part-time role at the V&A as Visitor Research Manager, where she has worked for ten years.
