CultureRunner helps arts and heritage organisations run better and smarter. We do this through research, organisational reviews, training and leadership coaching.
We work with clients to support them through periods of change and to advocate for the role of culture and creativity in public life. Whether you need input into developing strategies, service transformations or one off events such as 1-1 coaching or board facilitation we can help.
Our research and guidance aims to support greater investment in creative and cultural activities. This is demonstrated in our recent work editing Harnessing culture and sport to improve health outcomes which was produced for the Local Government Association.
Mairead is a fantastic coach - positive, friendly and felt like we were in the room together although it was entirely remote. It was such a positive experience! Reflecting on my life is something that I generally don't take the time to do.
